As the bowels open up and more mucus is released from the head sometimes this can get unpleasant. Some may begin to feel pressure within the head that can cause headaches and a general sense of not feeling well. This is apart of the process and you will experience many detox symptoms along the journey, especially with serious conditions. The body has 2 major fluids, blood, and lymph. The blood is 1/4th of the interstitial fluid, and the lymph is 3/4ths of this fluid that flows throughout our entire body. Many people just focus on the blood which is very important. but it’s the lymphatic system that collects, destroys, and helps to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and so-called “dis-ease” within the body.

The pressure, or headaches you may be experiencing is all due to lymph fluid (carrying bacteria, etc) moving within the head trying to find a way to be expelled from the body. If your other channels of elimination are not fully open it will resort is to expel bacteria, microbes, etc. Through the nose and mouth.

At times I felt a great deal of pressure in my head that temporarily caused headaches as lymph was moving and as soon as it was expelled from my nose the headache went away. Whenever you sneeze, cough up mucus or have to blow your nose that is lymph and the deeper you go into detox the colors of this old hardened mucus may change colors (from white to yellow, green, brown, or even black).

Eruptions on the skin, acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc. are due to stagnant lymph fluid trying to be eliminated, and when it can’t it will manifest itself through the skin. Wonder why you can’t get rid of dandruff and why it is white? That’s stagnant lymph fluid within the head. You can treat it but eventually, it will come back if you don’t fully clean this out.
