Day 3 started the day off with my normal smoothie, mangeberry punch and making a nice sized amount of tea out of these herbs to carry along with me for the day. There’s a great deal of benefits from this combination but I’ll just site a few basics:

Cleansing of the blood, lymphatic system, liver, kidneys, respiratory system, infections within the body, masses of calcification (lymphatic was and calculi within the kidneys), diuretic, calming of the nerves, detoxing the strengthens bones, removes arterial plaque throughout the body, congestion within the head, and for poor circulation in the lower and upper extremities.
